Transportation between the airport (DIA) and the hotel (Regal Harvest House):

If you chose not to rent a car, there is a "Boulder Airporter" shuttle
between DIA and Boulder hotels. The shuttle leaves every hour on the hour 
from 8:00am to 11:00pm and the cost is $14.00 one-way.  To catch the shuttle  
find the Boulder Airporter counter at the airport on Level 5 across from the 
Hertz rental car booth. Their phone number is (303) 444-0808. The Airporter
leaves from the Regal Harvest House to DIA at 10 minutes to every hour.


Accommodations:

A block of rooms has been reserved at Regal Harvest House in Boulder which is
only a few blocks from the CU campus.  The rate will be $95.00 + tax. The hotel
has indoor tennis courts, a large indoor pool, and a good exercise center.

Directions to the hotel by car:

Leaving Denver International Airport, take Pena Blvd to I-70 West to I-270
West to I-76 West to the Boulder Turnpike NW, which is Hwy 36. Hwy 36 becomes
28th St. in Boulder and the Regal Harvest House is on the left, just before 
the second stop light that you'll encounter (Arapahoe St.). It's not as
difficult as it sounds, but it is important to get a good map and read it
before you set out from DIA.

Dinners:

There will be informal dinners on both Wednesday and Thursday evenings. If you
would like to attend dinner at a Boulder restaurant with members of the workshop

patw@lemond.colorado.edu). Arrangements will be made to pick up workshop
participants from the Regal Harvest House. Thursday evening dinner will be
