The scripts and re-compiled executables (for hpux10) are available by anonymous ftp at at ftp://clockdev.usno.navy.mil/pub/4kristine The executables had to be re-compiled to provide larger array bounds. The qmmatch business is necessary to align two qmfiles (i.e. two data arcs) in order to account for phase windup. Also, in order to allow the qmmatching, I splice (in the setup_clock script) two consecutive days of RINEX even though only the last half-hour of the previous arc of data is used. This is not a very efficient use of the computer's time, but it was the easiest way of solving the problem. The double-differenced ambiguity resolution also works, but I don't use it because it doesn't really affect clocks and you'll notice that the lines corresponding to this are commented out. The gipsy_clock_run_net_IGS_cf is the script which does the continuous filtering, though of course, you should preform a standard filter/smoother run for the first day to start the filter. You should also comment out the 10-day back smoothing (at the end of gipsy_clock_run_net_IGS_cf) until you have processed 10 days of data. I perform 4 sets of smoothed solutions (0-day, i.e. continous filtering only, 1-day smoothed, 2-day smoothed, and 10-day smoothed.) Finally, I expect you will find a number of inefficiencies in the scripts and probably has a number of variables that are no longer used. My disclaimer is that the script evolved over time and this was my first lesson in UNIX script writing. Any suggestions you have would be warmly received. I hope this is clear, but if not, you may call me or we can trade emails. Ken Dr. Ken Senior ///, //// Time Service Department--Clock Development \ /, / >.
